1Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal user profile approved for access to eligible king138 services. “Player”, “user”, “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using king138. “Services” include website content, casino-style entertainment, live dealer categories, sports markets, promotions, payment functions and account support made available from time to time.

10Responsible Gambling
king138 is intended for responsible entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. Players should establish a fixed spending budget, set time limits, take breaks and avoid using money needed for housing, food, transport, education, debt payments or savings.

11Suspension and Account Closure

Before releasing a remaining eligible balance, king138 may complete KYC, review disputed activity and deduct amounts arising from chargebacks, confirmed errors or prohibited conduct. Closure does not remove obligations or rights that arose before the closure date.
